These Terms govern use of fiorevo.com and purchases from our drinkware store. By using the website or submitting an order, you accept these Terms and our Shipping, Return, Privacy, and Payment policies.
Eligibility and website conduct
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and must provide accurate information. Fraud, unauthorized access, malicious code, interference with website operations, automated scraping, and unauthorized commercial copying are prohibited.
Products and listings
We sell acrylic and plastic drinking glasses, highball glasses, tumblers, iced-coffee cups, glass mugs, handled beverage cups, can-shaped cups, reusable cups with lids and straws, and multi-piece drinkware sets.
Listings state capacity, dimensions, material, quantity, package contents, and care instructions. Beverages, fruit, ice, flowers, and styling props shown in photographs are not included. Minor manufacturing differences in thickness, molded seams, base weight, clarity, texture, and dimensions are not defects when the product remains safe and functional.
Safe use and care
Customers must follow the product care instructions. Do not expose ordinary drinkware to open flame, stovetops, ovens, or sudden temperature changes unless the listing expressly permits that use. Do not use plastic or acrylic drinkware with temperatures outside the listed range. Inspect each item before use and stop using cracked, chipped, or damaged drinkware.
Orders and acceptance
Orders require available inventory, successful payment authorization, a valid shipping address, and completed fraud screening. We cancel orders for unavailable inventory, failed payment, confirmed pricing error, invalid address, shipping restriction, or confirmed fraud. A canceled paid order is refunded to the original payment method.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in USD. Sales tax is calculated according to the shipping destination. Eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping. Customer-selected expedited delivery is charged at the amount shown before purchase.
Payment is due in full through the methods displayed at checkout. We do not accept cash, checks, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or payment outside secure checkout.
Shipping and returns
The Shipping Policy states processing, delivery, tracking, and shipping charges. The Return Policy states eligibility, deadlines, return costs, exchanges, and refund timing. Customers must enter accurate information, inspect drinkware promptly, retain packaging, follow care instructions, and report damage within 7 days.
Intellectual property and reviews
Website text, images, graphics, design, and branding are owned by or licensed to fiorevo.com. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited. Submitted reviews, photographs, and feedback can be used for store operations and promotion under applicable law.
Third-party services
Payment processors, ecommerce platforms, fulfillment partners, carriers, analytics providers, and advertising services operate under independent terms. We are not responsible for their independent acts.
Disclaimer and liability
Products and website services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that extent, fiorevo.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Maximum liability equals the amount paid for the affected order. Non-waivable legal rights remain unaffected.
Governing law and changes
California law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Revisions take effect when posted. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
