This website is operated by Fiorevo (“we,” “us,” and “our”). By accessing fiorevo.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Payment Policy posted on this website.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your U.S. jurisdiction, have authority to enter a binding contract, provide accurate checkout information, and use the website only for lawful purposes.

Website use

You may not use the website for fraud, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, overload or scrape the site, or copy website content for commercial use without permission.

Products

fiorevo.com is an online drinkware store for practical cups and glasses used with water, juice, soda, cocktails, iced coffee, beer, and everyday table service. Products offered on the website include:

• Acrylic and plastic drinking glasses
• Highball glasses and everyday tumblers
• Iced-coffee cups and handled glass mugs
• Can-shaped cups with lids and reusable straws
• Cocktail, juice, water, and beer glass sets
• Mixed-size and stackable drinkware collections

Listings provide capacity, dimensions, material, set quantity, included accessories, and care instructions. Beverages, ice, fruit, and other display props are not included unless the product page lists them.

Minor differences in glass or acrylic thickness, molded seams, base weight, clarity, texture, and dimensions occur during production. Screen settings change perceived color. These differences are not defects when the product remains safe, functional, and consistent with its listing.

Intended use

Products are for normal household beverage service unless the product page states otherwise. Customers must confirm capacity, dimensions, dishwasher safety, and included accessories before purchase.

We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, excessive weight, incorrect cleaning, modification, or failure to follow the product page or included instructions.

Orders, pricing, and payment

All orders are subject to inventory, payment authorization, fraud review, and U.S. shipping eligibility. We may cancel or limit an order for stock shortage, payment failure, pricing error, fraud concern, shipping restriction, or inaccurate customer information. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the original payment method.

Prices are in USD. Applicable U.S. sales tax and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Prices, promotions, and stock can change before an order is accepted. We may correct listing, pricing, or typographical errors, including after an order is submitted; if the correction changes the amount due, we cancel the order and refund it unless you confirm the corrected amount.

Pay in full at checkout using the methods displayed there. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or other offline payment. We do not store complete card numbers on our servers.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is limited to eligible addresses in the United States. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Returns follow the Return Policy. Used, incomplete, damaged by the customer, or unauthorized returns may be refused or partially refunded.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must review listing details before purchase, keep packaging until inspection is finished, and contact support within the stated deadlines for damage, shortage, or incorrect items.

Intellectual property and reviews

Website content, including descriptions, images, graphics, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Fiorevo. By submitting reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant us permission to display and use that content for store operation and promotion, subject to applicable law.

Disclaimers and liability

Products and the website are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every product will suit every customer’s space or preference.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fiorevo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

Indemnification

You will indemnify Fiorevo against claims arising from product misuse, violation of these Terms, inaccurate information you provided, unauthorized payment use, or unlawful conduct.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. U.S. consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived remain in effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after the updated Terms are posted is acceptance of the update.
